Beaded Crown:
What you;ll need:
.Lolita Beads {varying on the type of lolita you are.}
.Beading Wire
.Scissors
.A cute thing to put on top
.Hot glue
.Some way of attaching it in your hair. {A Headband or maybe a clip.}
Step:
1. Cut a piece of wire to the point where it makes a circle, size depends on how big you want it.
2. Fill the circle with beads in a pattern you want, be sure you leave room to tie the ends.
3.Then tie the ends, or just intertwine them so they dont break apart.
*4. Cut another piece of wire, so that you can make an arch over the circle.
5. Tie one end of the arch to the circle.
?*6. Fill it up with beads and tie it across from the place where you tied it, so it makes an arch.
7. Do part four through 6 once more, make sure you put the other wire the opposite way of the first one.
{One across, one up and down.}
8. Hot glue your top piece to the top of your crown.
And it should turn out looking like this:
Good Luck.~ {Sorry if my pictures not clear enough.}
A Lacey Headpeice:
What you;ll need:
.Hot Glue or Sewing
.A lace and ribbon. {Walmart or Craft Stores sometimes has lace with ribbon already through it which looks much better than just gluing ribbon onto of it.. but you'll still need ribbon}
.2 Bows
.Scissors
.2 peices Felt
Steps:
1. Cut a rectangle out of the felt. {One on top of the other to make sure they are equal.}
2. Cut the edges diagonally to make the shape better.
{WARNING:
If you're sewing your lace on, be sure to sew it to the both rectangles, if you hot glue, be sure to glue the two together first.}
3. Sew or hot glue the lace around the edges. {Preferably cut them the size of the edge of your rectangle on every side, so it doesn't bend and look pooey.}
4. cut the edges of yours shorter ribbon pieces diagonally to match the rectangle.
5. Glue your ribbon ontop of the lace if you have to. {Cut it the same way your lace.}
6. Now cut small ribbon pieces to put across the middle, make sure they form an X.
7. Hot glue them or sew them on.
8. Hot glue or sew the bows on the edges. {I found the ribbons that had sticky stuff on the back.}
9. Underneath your first and second layer or even underneath your lace, hot glue a ribbon. {On each end, where you put your bow.} +Be sure the ribbon will tie around your neck first.
And it should end up looking something like this:
{Sorry for bad color quality, the ribbon within the lace it supposed to be pink and so are the bows. It was done with a scanner not a camera.'}
